Main Draw - Side of Beef and New Deep Freezer

A side will yield roughly ~245lbs of meat and will last in a deep freezer for a year or more. Once butchered is usually around 60-70% of the hanging weight. Some weight will be lost to moisture during the aging process, and to bone and trim removed during the cutting process.
